| Training is very simple. We are required to have everyone in our booth certified by the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission (TABC) and complete the Selma Food Handlers course.
There are classes scheduled (infrequently) that we can attend, or we can set up our own classes if we have enough interested people.
